Nicole The Organizer

NICOLE

I am Nicole Rivera Rivera, a Puerto Rican writer and content consultant by profession; a color lover and organizer by life.

I chose Organisera because it means Organized in Swedish, one of the various Scandinavian languages, and I find inspiration in the simplicity and functionality that characterizes Scandinavian design. A design movement that emerged in the early 20th century, and flourished in the 1950s throughout the five Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland.

I have been organizing offices and workplaces for friends and previous employers for years, and now it's time to help others reclaim their time and peace through organized spaces.

Let me help you find the zen in your space.

Custom Solutions

We can work with what you have, provide simple storage solutions, or recommend vendors that can renovate your existing storage equipment.

Real-life Approach

We work with the goals of the company and the needs of the people working there.

All Spaces & All Situations

I work with spaces in at-home offices, stores, restaurants, schools, corporate buildings, and co-working spaces.

How It Works

I work in San Juan, Carolina, Bayamón, Guaynabo, and Dorado. I visit your space for the first time for a free consultation to ask questions, discuss options, and then provide you with a quote through email.

Prices vary depending on the space, its state, and the goals. I work on a project-based, not an hours-based, basis, and the base rate is $100.

I work with you to decide what to keep and what to donate. I declutter, shop for any necessary accessories to organize the space, and arrange for donation drop-off. I am experienced in color psychology and color theory, which are useful when working with paint color consultations.

*Product costs are separate

I donate everything you decide to part with to La Tiendita de Joy in Puerta de Tierra, an amazing nonprofit that helps people without permanent homes.
